Hi, I'm Beatriz Navarro Goudie

I was born to Cuban parents in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and raised in Miami, my home, since the age of three. While studying at the University of Florida, I took an elective course in special needs individuals, which transformed my life. I switched my major to Special Education and earned my master’s degree from the same university.

After graduation, I moved to New York City with my husband. I worked as a special education teacher in Hell’s Kitchen and obtained my Ph.D. in Education from New York University. I enjoyed my job and life in the city, and my passion for positively impacting the lives of children and supporting families never faded.

I eventually opened a private practice working in intervention with learning-disabled children. As an educator for over 26 years, I developed an interest in real estate when I started investing in property with my father. Through my experience as an investor and property manager, I realized that I wanted to assist others in navigating the buying and selling process.

Outside of work, I am a practitioner of jiu-jitsu at Valente Brothers in Coral Gables and a dog lover. I have two wonderful boys and a happy marriage. I believe in making a positive impact in my community and value the importance of family.
